The owners of Cosby Real Estate, Inc. are Shelley and Farrel Golden where Shelley is the Managing Broker.  We have been in business in Cocke County since 1989 and are, perhaps, the largest real estate firm in the county in sales. We have homes, lots, commercial properties, and acreage - serving properties in Cocke and Sevier Counties, east of Gatlinburg.

Our next priority is to know the real estate that is for sale. We make it a point to work with the seller and buyer as well as other Real Estate agencies in the area to be familiar with all property for sale in the area.
